对采用累积叠轧工艺制备超细晶组织的技术进行详细的综述,介绍了累积叠轧技术的原理、ARB材料的组织与力学性能特征,并对ARB变形过程中的剪切变形、晶粒细化机制和强化机制进行分析。采用ARB技术可以制备大尺寸的超细晶组织材料,其室温抗拉强度通常比粗晶材料的高2~4倍。ARB材料的强化源于晶粒细化、位错强化、在大变形轧制时形成的稳定基面织构、表面的氧化膜以及内生原有夹杂物在强烈塑性变形情况下的破碎与弥散分布。分析了ARB技术的优越性,对其在制备超细晶材料领域的应用进行了展望。 相似文献

Laser beam weld-metal microstructure in a yttrium modified directionally solidified Ni3Al-base alloy
The microstructure of laser beam weld-metal of an yttrium doped directionally solidified alloy IC 6A, with chemical composition Ni–16Al–8.5Mo–0.12B–0.05C–0.03Y (at.%) was studied. The dendritic microsegregation observed within the fusion zone indicated that dendrite cores were slightly depleted in molybdenum and aluminum and the interdendritic regions were also considerably enriched in yttrium. Severe cracking in the weld-metal was observed and was found to be closely associated with interdendritic eutectic-type microconstituents identified as consisting of γ, γ′ and Ni–Mo phases. An yttrium-rich phase (Ni3Y) was observed in some interdendritic regions containing the eutectic γ, γ′ and Ni–Mo products. Their formation was discussed in relation to plausible microsegregation induced alteration of primary solidification path during cooling from welding temperatures. 相似文献

Efforts to improve the high temperature behavior of MoSi2 in oxidizing environments led to the investigation of the Mo–Ru–Si phase diagram. The isothermal section at 1673 K was determined by X-ray diffraction, optical and scanning electron microscopies and EPMA. Five new silicides were identified and their crystallographic structure was characterized using conventional and synchrotron X-ray as well as neutron powder diffraction. Mo15Ru35Si50, denoted α-phase, is of FeSi-type structure, space group P213, a=4.7535 (5) Å, Dx=7.90 g. cm−3, Bragg R=7.13. Mo60Ru30Si10 is the ordered extension of the Mo70Ru30 σ-phase with space group P42/mnm, a=9.45940(8) Å, c=4.94273(5) Å, Dx=6.14 g. cm−3, Bragg R=5.75. 相似文献

The effect of grinding on the surface layer properties of ceria and yttria partially stabilized zirconia plasma-sprayed coatings
(CePSZ, YPSZ, respectively) has been studied by X-ray diffraction methods. For this purpose, the modified model of line broadening
analysis has been derived. The model considers elastic anisotropic properties along with more random paracrystal imperfections,
both affecting X-ray line broadening. Grinding-induced microstructural changes were also studied using an estimation from
the quantitative Orientation Distribution Function (ODF) texture. It was concluded, based on this work, that CePSZ ceramic
is less mechanically stable compared to YPSZ. Consequently, more beneficial mechanical properties of a ground surface layer

An optimised set of thermodynamic parameters for the Ce–Ni system has been obtained using the CALPHAD approach. A thorough thermodynamic analysis of the system has been carried out using different calorimetric techniques and the data have been used in the assessment. The free energy of the liquid phase has been described as a function of temperature and composition using a Redlich–Kister polynomial. Solid compounds have been considered as stoichiometric with the exception of the Laves phases. The phase diagram and thermodynamic quantities calculated from assessed parameters agree well with experimental data. 相似文献

采用摩擦喷射电沉积工艺制备了纳米Al2O3/Ni复合镀层,考察了该镀层的表面和断面形貌,并对镀层性能进行了测试分析。研究表明,摩擦喷射纳米Al2O3/Ni复合镀层表面较为平整,镀层与基体结合紧密。一次性镀覆厚度达到1.40mm,远高于电刷镀纳米Al2O3/Ni复合镀层(0.35mm),镀层硬度达到650HV。在试验条件下,该镀层的耐磨性是摩擦喷射Ni镀层的1.44倍,是纳米Al2O3/Ni刷镀层的1.15倍,摩擦因数也低于摩擦喷射Ni镀层和电刷镀纳米Al2O3/Ni复合镀层。 相似文献
